Jolliffe & Co LLP closed its busiest financial year on record this month, continuing to grow and develop the practice in St. John Street, Chester.
It has attracted four new recruits. They are Lisa Street (Commercial Property), Kerry Davies (Debt Recovery), Chelsey Bayliss (Family & Matrimonial) and Simon Parrington as a Solicitor-Advocate and Consultant with a particular interest in regulatory law.
Simon is a solicitor of 42 years standing having been a partner with another legal practice in Chester for over 20 years. He is a solicitor advocate (all courts) and much of his professional life has been spent both prosecuting for government agencies and local authorities, in particular the Health and Safety Executive and Liverpool City Council, and defending companies in high profile regulatory cases. He sits as a Recorder in both the Crown Court and the County Court.
Lisa Street joins the Commercial Property team as Associate from a large London practice working in estate and private wealth management.
Kerry Davies joins the Debt Recovery team as Senior Executive from experience with two Chester based law firms. She studied at Queens Park High School in Chester.
Chelsey Bayliss is a College of Law and University of Chester graduate who joins from a large Cheshire law firm as Solicitor with the Family & Matrimonial team.
