Emma assists clients in all areas of family law including divorce, separation, financial matters arising from relationship breakdown and arrangements for children. Emma specialises in, and has an aptitude for, assisting parents in setting up agreed contact arrangements following relationship breakdown and representing clients in Children Act matters.
Emma prides herself on providing efficient, comprehensive, friendly and professional service to all clients.
– Emma qualified in September 2016 having completed her legal education locally at University of Chester and College of Law, Christleton.
– Emma trained at a leading Shropshire law firm before furthering her legal career in Cheshire.
– Emma joined Jolliffes in February 2020.
– Outside of work Emma enjoys live music, dancing (if there is a dancefloor – you will find her there!), spending quality time with family and friends and finding new places to visit for an adventure.
