Lucy Moore is a Paralegal in our Residential Conveyancing department.

Before joining Jolliffes in February 2022, Lucy previously worked as a paralegal in another North West firm, assisting their remortgage team. Lucy recently graduated from University of Law with a 2:1 and is currently studying for the Legal Practice Course and a Masters of Law.

Lucy has experience assisting on a wide range of Property law matters, including:
• sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property;
• registered and unregistered land; and
• remortgages and other mortgage work.

When not at work, Lucy enjoys visiting the local bars and restaurants in Chester with family and friends. She also spends time tiring out her springer spaniel with long walks.
