Emma Klieve is a Solicitor in our Private Client department.

Qualifying in 2023, Emma worked and trained at another Cheshire firm before joining Jolliffes in 2024. Before training as a Private Client solicitor, Emma was an experienced Costs Draftsperson, working at a large international law firm.

Emma has experience in a wide range of private client matters, including:

• wills and estate planning;
• lasting powers of attorney;
• probate and estate administration;
• trust administration;
• tax planning; and
• court of protection applications.

When not at work, Emma enjoys spending her time reading or spending time with her rescue doodle dog, Bertie.
