Justine Reynolds is a solicitor and leads our Family Law department.
Justine has over 18 years’ experience in family law, having worked extensively across Cheshire, North Wales and Staffordshire.
Having initially graduated from Keele University in 2003 with a BA Dual Hons in Music and American literature, she remained at Keele to do a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law and, thereafter, completing her LPC at the Chester College of Law in 2005
Justine has vast experience dealing with all areas of family law, including:
- divorce and dissolution of marriage;
- complex financial matters arising from divorce or separation of unmarried couples;
- financial applications brought on behalf of children where parents are unmarried;
- pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements;
- cohabitation agreements;
- complicated child related matters including
- national and international relocation;
- removal from the jurisdiction,
- specific issues and parental orders; and
- surrogacy; and
- domestic abuse.
Justine is a member of Resolution and believes in trying to provide the best solution as amicably and as sensitively as possible
Justine is a proud Cestrian having lived in and around Chester for most of her life. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
